Context and objectives

Rhenus Logistics offers customized contract logistics services to its customers, which are mainly in e-commerce, large retail, fast-moving consumer goods, luxury goods or the pharmaceutical industry. These services are delivered in its own warehouses or at customers' sites.

To adapt to the specific storage and distribution requirements of its customers' businesses and geographical locations, Rhenus Logistics chose to develop a group proprietary WMS, accompanied by recognized warehouse management software in each country.

The solution

In France, Hardis Group's solution was chosen around fifteen years ago due to its robustness, versatility and excellent reputation. Today, thirty or so of the fifty contract logistics projects are managed with Reflex WMS in a wide variety of sectors such as Total (petroleum products) in Bjorg, Bonneterre et Compagnie (organic food products), Isover (thermal and acoustic insulation), ADG Coleman (camping products), HSS (e-commerce) and Daikin (heating and air conditioning).

Reflex is easy to configure, giving each customer the level of customization they require to optimize the management of their warehouses. Reflex is equally reliable for both small and large projects and can be used to manage multi-customer sites.
